I have started and re-started just the idea of this blog at least twenty times since I first moved to Eugene, Oregon in 2015. After graduating from Washington State University with a Masters in Studio Art I knew finding a job in art education would be challenging. Before finding my current position at the University of Oregon in the Division of Student Life I wore a lot of hats and worked through a lot of triumphs and disappointments. Through those experiences I've developed ways to navigate career challenges in pursuit of a creative life, a process that is constantly a work in progress.

This blog is a way for me to organize my thoughts on creative coaching and connect with others who work closely with college students all while continuing to challenge myself in maintaining wellness, crafting, and exploring.
